Rarely seen Blue Sage or “Grandmother sage”.

“Light the stick or loose leaves, wait a moment, then blow out the flames. Fan the embers lightly to keep smouldering (may need re-lit). Use the smoke (with intention) to “wash” persons, property or spaces. Use a shell or pottery to catch ashes.
