We have crafted this magickal plant spirit blend to support a vivid & lucid dreamtime, otherwise known as scared dreaming. It is for those seeking to explore one's own consciousness, increase dream activity, and to gain wisdom & insight into the spirit world.

-RED ROSE PETALS - relaxes the nervous system, promotes sleep, heals anxiety and depression

Ingredients:

Organic passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), organic red rose petals, organic Blue Lotus flower (Nymphaea caerulea), organic Sacred Lotus flower (Nelumbo nucifera), organic Rosemary, organic Peppermint

-Burning as a smoke (in a pipe/dry herb vaporiser or rolled), for rituals, and/or for ceremony is recommended. Can be added to your own medicinal herbs.

-Also potent for use as a beautiful tea or tincture. 
Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Add honey or agave nectar to taste. *Tea can taste bitter if steeped too long. 10-15 minute max steeping time.
