As a natural source of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) which exfoliate, speed up cell rejuvenation, control breakouts, and can even improve the elasticity of our skin. In Ayurvedic traditions, hibiscus flowers are considered highly sattvic and sacred. They are used in spiritual practices for their ability to open the heart and encourage love and devotion.
